Michelle is our phenomenal Operations Manager, and with over 20 years of real estate management experience, she is – without a doubt – our rock, keeping everything running a peak performance.

Supportive, dedicated and encouraging, Michelle has a knack for finding a solution to any problem, which is perfect as we’re all about getting results for our clients, no matter what the circumstance.

Speaking of Michelle’s experience, she won Operations Manager of the year in 2017 in another real estate chain. Now that she’s here at Upstate, she has the space to reach her full potential, while sharing her large range of valuable sales, marketing and operations skills with us to help everyone find themselves in a better place.
