We are accepting applications from experienced candidates who are looking to develop their real estate career and manage all marketing & sales support for property campaigns

Duties & responsibilities

  • provide administration support for sales agents
  • prepare listing presentations, agency agreements, appraisals & sales contracts
  • manage the marketing for property campaigns, including advertising properties on line and in social media
  • ensure listing checklists are completed and compliant
  • knowledge of a CRM (Agent box) to manage agents databases
  • assist with in-house Auctions
  • assist with front of house when needed
  • attend sales training meetings

Skills

  • must have Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • local Knowledge of the Northern Beaches
  • strong verbal & written communication skills
  • excellent time management & ability to prioritise
  • strong attention to detail
  • microsoft 365 experience
